All the legal stuff to do with your order is given below. We like to make things “that much easier”, but there are some things we have to let you know about in certain legal terms. If you want anything explaining, just get in touch and we will clarify anything you want.

Conditions of sale

By placing an order with us on our site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We even make you tick a box to say that you agree with them before we can process your order. Whilst your statutory rights are not affected, we still recommend that you read these terms and conditions.

Product description

Every now again again, some detail of the product changes from as described in our literature and on the site. We reserve the right to ship you products that vary in some small degree from as shown on the site. This might be for example, when packaging or visual aspects of the products change, there may be a delay in updating photographs or descriptions.  We won’t ship you something which is clearly “not as described” and your right to return goods are detailed below.

Availability

Whilst our stock levels are closely monitored, we may get the odd rush on and some items may become temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as is practicable and give you options, such as to wait, be refunded or to receive a substitute product.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates and time scales cannot be guaranteed. We do what we can to get your products to you in a timely and convenient manner. We update general and product-specific timescales on individual product pages and on our FAQs list. If in doubt, please contact us. In general allow up to 7 working days and if anything is every urgent, get in touch to check latest delivery estimates. We reserve the right to change shipping services with the intention of improved speed, customer service quality, reliability and cost.

Damaged or missing products

In the very unlikely event that something is missing or damaged, contact us immediately and certainly within 48 hours of delivery, quoting something to uniquely identify you (name and address or order reference number).  If damage is apparent at the time of delivery, please take this up with the courier at the point of delivery (by all means sign it as “received, packaging damaged”).  If upon opening the packaging you find any item damaged, please do not proceed with assembly or use and contact us. In any of these unlikely events, we will work to remedy the situation as fast as is practicable, whilst minimizing inconvenience to you.

Returns and refunds

If for some reason the products you ordered are not what you expected or wanted, send them back to us in an unused condition and we will process a prompt refund. Please do send them to us via a trackable courier service and let us know that you are doing it in advance. Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are unaffected.
